The Sybian came 1 day earlier than promised. The payback of the deposit was done the same day as the Sybian arrived at the return adress ( also 1 day earlier). A day and 4 hour time window was used for delivery and return pick-up.
By email and by phone the communication was very clear and easy to understand. We changed something in the order, and received a confirmation email.
We added 1 week rental (yes we did), and everything was arranged in 1 phonecall.
